1) Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card
If you have one of the following types of cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners of all banks, you can use it to pay for your orders with the security of the transaction guaranteed, through the special platform of Piraeus bank that guarantees the privacy of the data of your card using TLS (Transport Sockets Layer) protocol with 128-bit encryption.
2) Cash on delivery upon receipt of the order
By choosing the cash on delivery method, payment of the final amount of your order is made upon receipt. The cooperating courier company delivers the parcel with your order to the shipping address you have declared when registering it and you pay the final amount of your order to the representative of the courier company. The cash on delivery service has a fixed fee of €3.00 (including VAT), which is charged separately for each shipment and is added to the order with the corresponding choice of payment method. The cash on delivery option is only available for shipments WITHIN GREECE.
3) By bank deposit to the account of 4teen Accessories

If you choose a bank account deposit as the payment method, a representative of our company will contact you to confirm the completion of the deposit. To serve you better, you can send us an email to the address … informing the sales department that the deposit has been made and mentioning the order number and the name and surname you stated when registering it. Alternatively, you can contact the corresponding department at 281 520 2930.
The maximum time to complete the deposit is 3 working days. After this time limit, the order will follow the cancellation process. The payment method by depositing into a bank account is only available for purchases from Greece.
4) Payment of your order at the cashier of the store upon receipt of the products.
If you choose to pay at the company’s physical store (L. Kalokairinou 92, 71201 – Heraklion Crete), then the order must also be picked up at the store.
Payment for your order can be made at the store cashier in the following ways:
- by cash
- by credit, debit or prepaid card
In the case of payment at the cashier of the store, orders placed by 13.00 will be available for collection on the next working day. It is essential that you know the order number that was sent to you with a confirmation email when registering it, as well as the name and surname that has been stated.
The times when orders can be received are as follows:

Tuesday: 9:00 – 17:00
Wednesday: 9:00 – 17:00
Thursday: 9:00 – 17:00
Friday: 9:00 – 17:00
The maximum time for receipt of orders from the store is 6 working days from the date of their availability for collection. After this period, the order will follow the cancellation procedure.
