Shipping methods

Your orders can be collected by you in the following ways:

Shipping through partner courier companies.

  1. Shipping from the company’s physical store.
  2. Shipping via partner courier companies.

The cooperating courier companies deliver your order to the shipping address you indicated when registering your order. When delivering the order you can also pay its value to the employee of the courier company (Cash on Delivery).

Shipping Costs

Within Greece

For each order with a final value of up to €50, the shipping costs are €3.00 (including VAT). If the value of the order exceeds €50, then the shipping costs are free.

In any case, if you choose Cash on Delivery as a payment method, then the service is charged at €3.00 (including VAT) per shipment.

For all other countries

For each shipment to one of the remaining countries, the transport costs are calculated after the order is placed according to the volume and weight of the products of each order. For shipments outside Greece, the COD service is not available.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched by our company on the same day, as long as they have been registered by 13.00 on a working day and their payment has been confirmed (if the payment method requires it). Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next working day.

Orders are delivered within 3 working days, for shipments to the urban centers of Greece. For remote and hard-to-reach areas, the delivery time varies between 4 and 6 working days.

For all other destinations, delivery is between 5 and 7 working days, depending on the destination country.

Order delivery process

The cooperating courier companies deliver your order to the address you wish and which you have declared when registering it in our online store.

If you are absent at the time of delivery of your order, the courier company will leave a notification note with the details of your package and will contact you, on the telephone number you have indicated, in order to reschedule a later day and time of delivery of your order. Alternatively, if you wish and after consultation, you can pick up your package yourself, from the nearest store of the courier company located in your area. However, in this case you must receive your parcel within 7 days, otherwise the parcel will be returned to our company and the order will be cancelled.

Inspection of packaging and products

All products are meticulously checked by our company’s staff before each shipment and placed in special packaging, sealed with security tape, to ensure their integrity.

For this reason, please, when you receive the package from the representative of the courier company, check in his presence that the package does not have any kind of external wear or damage.

However, if you find something like this, you must examine the products by opening the package in the presence of the courier, in order to verify that all products are intact. Otherwise, you should not accept the shipment of the package but notify our company immediately, reporting the incident. If, despite all this, you do not carry out the above check, 4teen Accessories does not bear any responsibility for any product damage caused during their transport.

Shipping from the company’s physical store.

You can pick up your order from our company’s physical store, located at Kalokairinou Avenue 92, 71201 in Heraklion Crete without being charged transport costs.

In this case, the payment of your order can be made in the following ways:

in the online store

by credit, debit or prepaid card
by deposit to our company’s bank account.
If you choose one of the above payment methods, you will be notified by our company about the day your order will be available for shipment from the store. A necessary condition for security reasons is the presentation of any identification element (e.g. police ID, passport, driver’s license, etc.) of the person who will receive the order as well as the order number sent to you by confirmation email during its registration.

At the cashier of the store

In the case of payment at the cashier of the store, orders placed by 13.00 will be available for dispatch on the next working day. It is necessary to know the order number that was sent to you with a confirmation email when registering it, as well as the name and surname that has been declared.

The times when orders can be received are as follows:

Monday: 9:00 – 15:00
Tuesday: 9:00 – 15:00 and 17:00-21:00
Wednesday: 9:00 – 15:00
Thursday: 9:00 – 15:00 and 17:00-21:00
Friday: 9:00 – 15:00 and 17:00-21:00
Saturday: 9:00 – 15:00
The maximum shipping time for orders from the store is 6 working days from the date they are available for shipping. After this period, the order will follow the cancellation procedure.
