To make a return or change please contact our e-shop by phone at 281 520 2930 or by email at info@4teen.gr, in order to start the process of changing or returning the product from our e-shop or from our store.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. The product or products must be in excellent condition, not used, worn or in any other condition than their original condition and the tag with the product code must not have been removed.

Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

These shipments are made at the expense of our company, as long as the ELTA courier company with which we cooperate is used and as long as the changes of the same order do not exceed 1 time. In case the shipment is made with any other company, the shipping costs are borne by you.

Changes and returns on special orders are not made. Returned items are priced according to their proof of purchase.

In order to make any product return, it is necessary to fill in the relevant Withdrawal form which can be found here.

In case of product return, the money can either be credited to your account for the next purchase or returned to your bank account, according to your wish. The refund is made if the retail receipt is returned together with the product. For the refund, it takes up to 5 working days from the receipt of the products in the e-shop and the beneficiary of the account must be the customer in whose name the order was placed.

Refunds are made only upon presentation of the retail receipt and not with the gift card.

Caution! Refunds only apply to online purchases and not to physical store purchases.

Finally, Seasonal items are only exchanged for a corresponding seasonal item. Refunds are not given on seasonal and sale items.

For abroad

In the event that your order has been shipped to a country other than Greece, then the shipping costs of the exchange or return are borne by you.
