Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to create a personal account to order from https://www.4teen.gr/ By selecting “checkout” you make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are able to save personal information and shipping addresses so that you don’t have to write them down on every order.
What if I have forgotten my password?
You can change your password and enter a new one. You will enter the my account category, you will choose change password and after filling in the email with which you have opened an account we will send you a link. You will click on the link and the system will ask you to change your password.
How do I change my contact information?
After you have logged in, at the top of our site, you will click on the My Account link. From the menu on the left you can make the changes you wish to your contact information.
How can I see the status of my order?
